The show jump-started the careers of the several popular young actors and actresses in the Philippines today, such as Richard Gutierrez, Alessandra de Rossi, Angel Locsin, Jake Cuenca, JC de Vera, Jennylyn Mercado, Bianca King and many more. The series is shown every Saturday and was conceived to fill in the void of T.G.I.S. on its timeslot after VIVA withdrew co-productions with GMA.
