Overview

Srividya had a minor accident and was taken to a hospital. But while getting treated, she is instead kidnapped with the help of the hospital staff. While her kidnappers keep her in a medically induced coma, she has an out-of-body experience, where she gets into the body of a teddy bear. Shiva, who has a photographic memory, remembers everything in his life. Shiva completed many master's degrees and a PhD in no time with this capability. While Shiva saves a teenager from local goons on a public train, the teddy watches him and decided to get help from him.
