Ocean City, a sleepless financial metropolis where many speculators dream of gaining fame and fortune overnight but end up empty-handed. Meanwhile, Ye Lin, a good father who would do anything to save his terminally ill daughter, encounters a secret agent who gives him a mission to reverse his daughter's destiny. Indulging in the never-ending games of power and money, humans are totally unaware of a looming nuclear war crisis that would lead to the annihilation of mankind!
