Munich with a housing shortage. Mona is given notice to leave the apartment: personal use. The landlady's son, a new "doctor", is to move in. In her desperate search for an apartment, Mona meets lawyer Wolfgang, who wants to help her take legal action against the owner's need. But not everything is as it seems...
