Overview

Tatsusaburo Sunagawa, the assistant underboss of the Morita Family, ousts Yukichi Matsuura, Matsuura Family head, from his position as underboss of the main Morita Family and took his position. This was due to the incident in which Kenji Kano, the underboss of the Matsuura Family, beat to death the civilian Takatsu.
