This TV channel was the only one to broadcast the 2006 protests in Hungary live. HirTV also performs investigative reports, political discussion programmes, a talk show and an audience conversation via telephone programme. Hír TV also broadcasts BBC programmes such as: Click, Reporters and Talking Movies with Hungarian translation.
