The Learning Tree is a 1970s British children’s educational television series often remembered for a magic tree which teaches two children (Timothy and Emma) important life lessons pertaining to life and the environment that surrounds them. The show was also known for its catchy theme song. The show, created by Ian Page, spawned many books, including amongst others, Learning Tree and the Six Rabbits, and a songbook, aimed at young children. Produced by Granada Television, a major UK regional broadcaster.
